A weightless movement in harmony with nature. With the proper technique you ski more safely, easily and enjoy it more. Distinguish between classic cross-country skiing and skating. Diagonal strides with poles, skiing downhill, cornering and braking are on the varied programme. Our cross-country skiing instructor Barbara Albrecht always endeavours to teach you the proper basic technique.
